Refund Policy

At Knowledge Bridge Consulting Inc., including our affiliates such as ReSet Tech Inc. (collectively, “KBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality SaaS products and services through platforms such as @School, ReSet, and @Clinic (the “Platform”). This Refund Policy outlines the terms and process for requesting a refund on subscriptions and services purchased directly from us.


30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you cancel your contract or subscription within 30 calendar days of the initial invoice or activation date, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. This applies to annual, multi-year, and enterprise plans, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.


No Refunds After 30 Days

As a general policy, we do not issue refunds after 30 days of contract initiation. This applies to:

  1. Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or multi-year)
  2. Activated add-on modules or additional seat licenses
  3. Professional services such as implementation, training, or integrations, once work has begun


Add-On Modules & Seat Upgrades

Add-ons or extra seats are billed pro-rata and are non-refundable once activated. Seat reductions or downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle; no credits are issued for unused portions of the current term.


Professional Services

Payments for implementation, data migration, training, and consulting are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before work begins, we may refund prepaid amounts minus any reasonable preparation costs already incurred.


Service Downtime Credits

If the Platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due solely to issues on KBC’s side, you may request a pro-rated service credit. These credits apply to future invoices and do not qualify as cash refunds.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact billing@kbcinc.cloud before initiating any chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of your account. KBC reserves the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and recover associated processing fees.


Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be granted beyond the 30-day window at KBC’s sole discretion in cases such as:

  1. Duplicate or erroneous charges
  2. Unresolved platform issues that significantly impair core functionality
  3. Circumstances covered by applicable consumer protection laws

No Refunds for Policy Violations

You will not be eligible for refunds if your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Use, NDA, or Acceptable Use Policy.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the applicable window, email billing@kbcinc.cloud with the following:

  1. Your name and organization
  2. Invoice number
  3. Contract or subscription reference
  4. Reason for cancellation

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process all approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.


Amendments

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply only prospectively.
